• Respond to customer inquiries and bookings in a timely manner
• Honor all offers, discounts, and promotions listed on your profile
• Comply with all applicable health and safety regulations

5.2 Verification

We may verify business listings to ensure quality and authenticity. Verified badges indicate that a business has passed our verification process but do not constitute an endorsement or guarantee of service quality.

6. Reviews and Ratings

Users may submit reviews and ratings for businesses listed on BookASpa. When submitting reviews, you agree to:

• Base reviews on genuine experiences
• Provide honest and fair feedback
• Not post fake, incentivized, or retaliatory reviews
• Not include personal attacks or inappropriate content
• Grant us a license to display and use your reviews

We reserve the right to remove reviews that violate these guidelines or our policies.
